Roots and Recipes Brainstorm


I'm going to do leche flan. Basically, it's a flan, with caramel sauce over it. I'm interviewing my mom for this project.

  1. You did a good job on your interviewing details and describing what food your doing. But you can provide more sensory details in describing it and give a memory of your food.

  2. I think you did well in listing who you will interview & what food you will be describing, but I think you could also use more details when it comes to describing the flan. I also think providing us a memory about the food, and sharing some experiences would be nice.

  3. You explained your topic very well, but maybe you could add more details like what the basic ingredients in the flan are, or some memories you have about the food.
